Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina is a Kyrgyzstani Peruvian Muay Thai fighter, mixed martial artist and currently competes within the UFC flyweight division. She is the older sister of her fellow UFC fighter and former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko began her combat sports journey with an Muay Thai kickboxer. She made her debut in the IFMA World Championship Tournament 2003 Shevchenko was the winner of the event and beat Suzane Miller in the finals by a unanimity. She took the win via a second round TKO followed by 2 more fights at WXF X-Impact World Championships to get a 3-0 record. Shevchenko took a break from MMA in order to concentrate on kickboxing. She made her comeback against Anissa Haddaoui during Phoenix FC 3 in 2017. Shevchenko defeated Anissa with a unanimous vote, and then she defeated Valerie Domergue in Phoenix FC 4.
